Delicious and light, these fish cakes are made with a mixture of salmon, haddock and pollock combined with mashed potato and slices of spring onion and lemon zest to finish off. They're served on a bed of crisp and crunchy mangetout and peas, all served with a side of homemade sweet tomato chilli sauce!

Fish cakes may be simple, but they are ever so tasty, and also packed with nutrition! Created with a traditional mix of salmon and white fish, combined with lemon zest and dill, these fish cakes are wholesome and flavourful! Made with locally-sourced fresh fish, coated in panko breadcrumbs to create a crisp, golden exterior and a soft melt-in-the-mouth centre.

The seafood in this dish means it's a great source of heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids as well as a host of vitamins and minerals like vitamin D and B12 as well as potassium and selenium. Seafood has been shown to have numerous health benefits from helping maintain healthy joints, skin and eyesight to improving heart health and it truely is one of the most nutritious foods on the planet!

We have baked our fish cakes, rather than frying them, meaning that they have a crunchy yet light exterior, and are lower in fat than your regular store-bought fish cakes.
