This fresh and aromatic Basil Pesto Salad is a perfect lunch option that doesn't disappoint. To our wholemeal fusilli we've added our signature basil pesto and finished this dish with crunchy pine kernels and a sprinkle of vegetarian Italian cheese.
The wholemeal fusilli in this dish provides a good energy source that is low GI. Wholemeal pasta releases energy slower to keep you feeling fuller for longer. As well as being a great source of complex carbohydrates, wholemeal pasta provides plenty of fibre!
Our signature basil pesto is freshly made by our gourmet chefs. Basil is considered one of the healthiest herbs as it is a great source of vitamin K, vitamin A, manganese, calcium and iron.

Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
