Chickpeas naturally contain fibre, protein and healthy fats which have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular and digestive system. Coconut milk naturally contains magnesium and potassium, which helps to prevent indigestion and restore electrolytes.

Onions contain the antioxidant Allium, which has been linked to health benefits such as anticancer properties. Spinach naturally contains high levels of Vitamin A and Folate. Two very important micronutrients that contribute to eye health and the prevention of spina bifida in newborns.

100% Irish Braised Beef (38%), Coconut Milk (23%), Water (13%), Chickpeas (9%), Medium Curry Powder (6%), Spinach (5%), Garam Masala (2%), Onions (1%), Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Fresh Garlic, Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Chilli Powder

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Remove sleeve. Gently pierce film once. Microwave (900 watts) for 15-20 mins or until piping hot. Use cation when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
