At GourmetFuel, we use only the best lean Irish beef and this Beef Chilli with 4 Bean & Chickpea Salad is a great showcase for its quality.

Lean beef is a highly nutritious food, and an excellent component of a healthy diet, since it contains all of the vitamins and minerals of high-fat beef but with much less saturated fat, helping to maintain heart health!

This high protein and high fibre dish contains all 9 essential amino acids needed for the growth and maintenance of our bodies and is particularly important in muscle maintenance and synthesis.
