This delicious beef curry contains a high percentage of high biological value animal protein as well as plant protein from the chickpeas and rice. Brown Basmati rice has B complex vitamins that contribute to breaking down protein, carbohydrates and fats to produce energy.

This combination of beef, spinach and chickpeas in an Indian inspired aromatic and flavourful sauce is high in protein as well as being rich in many important micronutrients from the different vegetables making it the perfect dinner option at the end of the day.

Coconut milk naturally contains magnesium and potassium, which helps to prevention indigestion and restore electrolytes.

Chickpeas naturally contain fibre, protein and heathy fats which have beneficial effects on the cardiovascular and digestive system.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 6-7 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 15 - 20 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
