A succulent chicken breast served on a mix of fresh vegetables including pak choi, red peppers, bean sprouts, spring onion, mangetout, peanuts, and lemongrass all mixed with a zingy and aromatic dressing. Chef Andy nailed it with this light, flavourful dish with classic Thai flavours.

Chicken is a great source of lean, low-fat high quality protein and contains all the amino acids essential for amino acids. This helps with muscle growth and development, maintaining a healthy body weight, and aiding in weight loss. Chicken is an excellent source of selenium, a trace mineral shown to fight cancer. The B vitamins, B6 and B3, are found in significant quantities in chicken helping to support a healthy immune system, central nervous system and have cholesterol lowering effects.

The variety of different vegetables in this dish meal is crisp and incredibly delicious as well as being a powerhouse of nutrition, rich in essential phytonutrients, vitamins and minerals. Pak choi is very nutrient dense, packed with vitamin C and cholesterol reducing compounds. Red peppers are another amazing source of Vitamin C which is a powerful antioxidant and helps with the proper absorption of iron.
