A fresh and zesty rice dish served with roughly chopped coriander, fresh lime juice, and cracked black pepper. With its fresh, bright flavour, this rice goes especially well with Asian and Mexican-inspired dishes. Serve it alongside our range of chillis or use it as a base for your burrito bowls!

Basmati Rice is both gluten-free and low in fat. It contains all eight essential amino acids, folic acid, and is very low in sodium with no cholesterol. Basmati has a low to medium glycemic index, meaning that energy is released at a slower, steadier rate leading to a more balanced level of energy.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 10 minutes or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
