Everyone loves a Spag Bol! This is our version using wholemeal Fusilli to make it an easier to eat dish! Our meat sauce is made from scratch using only the best ingredients to produce an authentic Italian-inspired dish - this time with a healthy twist - with added carrot and spinach for some extra micronutrition!

Wholewheat pasta is a great alternative to regular white pasta, as it has a higher fibre content which helps in maintain gut health as well as keeping you fuller for longer, and helps to maintain steady blood sugar levels throughout the day. Wholewheat pasta is also high in B vitamins and minerals, such as copper, selenium, magnesium and manganese.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 5-6 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
