This Keto Chicken Bake is a crowd-pleaser, so moist and full of gusto. All of the flavour, none of the fuss. A hearty, spiced tomato based sauce with red peppers, chickpeas and onions with our juicy basil chicken topped with steamed broccoli, tangy feta and crunchy pine nuts.

This high fat, low carb dish is loaded with dense micronutrient from the mix of plum tomatoes, red peppers, broccoli and chickpeas. Loaded with Vitamin C, this dish contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal function of the immune system and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

The chicken in this dish serves as a complete and high-biological value protein source, aiding in repair and maintenance of muscle and bone tissue, as well as helping with satiety levels.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 3-4 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Carefully remove sauce pot. Do not pierce film of main compartment. Place in centre of oven for 15 - 20 minutes or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
