The latest edition to the keto range, Keto Fried Rice! Succulent pieces of chicken breast with cauliflower rice, carrots, spring onions and garden peas in a sesame and soy sauce... what's not to love! This dish is our take on the classic Chinese takeaway dish, minus the carbs. Enjoy this tasty dish after a long day, or as a protein hit after a heavy gym session.

Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is naturally high in fibre and B-vitamins. It provides tonnes of antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect against some cancers! It also contains fibre to enhance weight loss and digestion, choline that is essential for learning and memory, and many other important nutrients.

Carrots provide a vibrant and delicious crunch to the meal and certainly pack a nutrition punch. Most of the nutrition benefits of carrots can be attributed to their beta-carotene and fibre content.
