Who said vegetables had to be boring? Our Nutty Cauliflower Rice is a simple yet flavoursome dish, beautifully fusing the soft cauliflower with the crunchier crumbled nuts. A low carb alternative to rice and pasta, this dish complements many of our other meals or can be eaten as a light bite on its own.

Cauliflower is a cruciferous vegetable that is naturally high in fibre and B-vitamins. It provides antioxidants and phytonutrients that can protect against some cancers!
