Oats are amongst the healthiest grain on the planet and are a great source of important vitamins, minerals and fibre. They contain high amounts of magnesium and iron as well as Vitamin B and folate. They are high in soluble fibre important for reducing cholesterol and blood sugar levels as well as helping to maintain a healthy digestive tract.
