Say hello to the latest edition to our brekkie range... Protein Pancakes with Maple Syrup & Raspberries. Fluffy American style protein pancakes with juicy raspberries and maple syrup... you couldn't start your day any other way!

Ricotta is made from whey and is already exceptionally high in protein. But could we make it higher? Of course we could! We've thrown in a couple of eggs and our delicious vanilla protein powder in order to hit all of your protein goals.

Eggs are an excellent source of selenium and are a good source of high-quality protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Riboflavin (B2). In addition, eggs are rich in the essential amino acid Leucine, which plays a unique role in stimulating muscle protein synthesis.

Rich in vitamins, fibre and antioxidant, Raspberries may be small but they are a delicious and sweet fruit that have many health benefits. The soft and sweet texture of these raspberries will leave them melting in your mouth as well as being very high in dietary fibre which is good for digestive health.
