    Let me start off by saying the sauce for this? Is heavenly! This isn’t my favourite breakfast meal- that’s reserved for the poached egg ones! I find this meal very filling, satisfying, but most importantly, very flavourful!

Our scrambled egg with smoked salmon and crème fraiche is such a delicious way to start the day. Light, fluffy egg, with smoked salmon throughout with a side of crème fraiche with chives, served with vibrant rocket. This dish will not disappoint!

This nutrient dense, 400kCal breakfast really is a great way start to your day, providing a meal rich in heart-healthy fats. Omega 3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential in the body for all cellular structures and functioning and helps support brain functioning by improving memory. Omega 3 fatty acids have also been shown to reduce risk factors of heart disease and help lower blood pressure.

Ingredients
Whole Eggs (Pasteurised) (67%), Egg Whites (Pasteurised) (16%), Crème Fraiche (Milk, Cream (milk), Milk Solids, Corn Starch, Preservative, Lactic Culture (Milk)) (6%), Smoked Salmon (4%), Rocket (3%), Chives (2%), Lemon (Juice/Zest), Olive Oil

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Not suitable for home freezing

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Carefully remove sauce pot. Slightly break open film and remove the salad leaves. Fold film back over. Place in microwave (900w) for 2-3 minutes or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
