A Mediterranean inspired dish with tender chicken pieces, red and yellow bell peppers in fragrant turmeric, paprika, and garlic-infused rice. A delicious and satisfying dish!

Chicken is high in protein and contains all our essential amino acids which are vital for tissue repair, muscle growth, and development. It is also very high in selenium a mineral that most of us don't get enough of! Selenium is very important for human health because it helps boost immunity and plays a key role in maintaining a healthy metabolism.

The red and yellow peppers included in this dish provide crunch and flavour, as well as being low in calories, and loaded with good nutrition. Both red and yellow peppers are excellent sources of vitamin A, potassium, folic acid, fibre and gram-for-gram, they contain even more vitamin C than oranges!
