This Superfood Goats Cheese Salad is a powerhouse of flavour and nutrition! The lightly toasted goats cheese is served on a bed of green salad leaves with vibrant broccoli, butternut squash, quinoa, beetroot, pomegranate and red onion with a sprinkle of pumpkin and sesame seeds and served with our signature balsamic dressing pot.

This flavourful salad is packed full of nutrient-dense vegetables and contains over 11g of plant protein from the different seeds, nuts, and veggies alone. The extra 13g of protein comes from the creamy goats' cheese, which is full of essential vitamins such as vitamin A.

Broccoli stands out as of the most concentrated of Vitamin C of all the vegetables making it a powerful antioxidant that has the ability to scavenge harmful free radicals in the body.
