A healthy twist on an Indian classic. Tender chicken breast infused with Tandoori spices and served with delicious saffron rice and a combination of veggies like spinach, tomatoes and green chilli peppers for an added kick of heat. It is light and aromatic as well as highly nutritious.

Chicken is a great source of high-quality, lean, low-fat protein that is very important for building and developing muscle. Chicken is also a rich source of selenium, a mineral that most of us don't get enough of! It is very important for helping to maintain a healthy immune system as well as playing a key role in metabolism.

There is a reason why spinach has a great reputation when it comes to its health benefits. It is high in many essential vitamins and minerals like vitamin K, A and C as well as folic acid, magnesium and iron. The dark green colour of spinach can be attributed to the high levels of chlorophyll which is a health promoting carotenoid. The health benefits range from anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties to helping to maintain good eye sight.
