Ground turkey breast infused with tomato and chilli spices, along with tender sweetcorn and plump kidney beans, served with white and wild rice and a sprinkle of cheddar cheese - the perfect mid-week dinner!

Our Turkey Chilli with White & Wild Rice is a great recovery option. The high carbohydrate content is sure to restore glycogen levels and the lean turkey mince will help to repair tissue damage. All of this in one tasty, satisfying dish!

Not only is turkey a great source of lean, low-fat protein but it is also packed full of important nutrients like B vitamins, selenium and potassium. Selenium is an essential mineral that a lot of us don't get enough of that supports a healthy immune system and plays a key role in healthy metabolism.

Kidney beans are a must in a good chilli and they have many health benefits to add! They are one of the richest sources of plant-based protein and they can help to stabilise blood sugar levels as well as being high in dietary fibre which helps to maintain a healthy digestive tract.

The cooked tomatoes add a delicious rich flavour as well being highly nutritious. They are rich in Vitamin C that helps to maintain a healthy immune system as well as being a powerful antioxidant.
