Our Upstream Benedict is a healthy twist on the traditional eggs benedict. The upstream eggs Benedict consists of two poached eggs that are served with a smoked salmon and spinach potato cake with added spring onions and chives for flavour.The smoked salmon is rich in flavour and taste and when it comes to fish salmon is one of the healthiest.
