    Very filling and easy to choose whenever i feel tempted to step out of my diet.

A veritable vegetable feast for breakfast! This light and fluffy scrambled egg is cooked with broccoli, spinach, mixed peppers and onions served with a homemade tomato chutney on the side! A great way to start the day!

Ingredients
Whole Eggs (Pasteurised) (54%), Egg Whites (Pasteurised) (27%), Tomatoes fresh (7%), Spinach (4%), Yellow Pepper (Diced) (2%), Red Pepper (2%), Spring Onion (2%), Plum Tomatoes tinned, Onions (diced), Raisins, White wine Vinegar, Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Cloves, Black Pepper, Salt

Eggs, Suphites

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a Microwave(800w) for 90 seconds or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Carefully remove sauce pot. Do not pierce film of the main compartment. Place in centre of oven for 10 minutes or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
