How long will the food last?

All your meals are freshly prepared to order with no added preservatives to extend shelf life.

All products have a shelf life of between 4-7 days from date of production. Please keep an eye on the use by dates on the packages. Our meals are NOT suitable for freezing. They must be fully reheated thoroughly before consuming and only reheated one time.

You can order for more than one person, this is a win-win situation: you save on delivery charges and we save on packaging. Simply order all of the food each individual requires in the one order and it will be delivered together.

However, if you need the food to go to two different addresses then you will need to place two separate orders and pay a delivery charge for each. Please ensure you have correct Eircodes in your delivery information.

Do I need to be in to take delivery?

No! Our food is delivered in a temperature controlled insulated cooler bag/ box.

You do not need to be there to receive it. We can simply drop it off to a safe location.

If you are living in an apartment or private complex, please leave any codes for accessing doors and gates to ensure our driver can leave your order safely for you until your return. If you have selected a business address for delivery, please ensure there will be access and someone to receive your order.

Please provide any additional instructions in the ‘Comments’ section of your order so we can ensure correct delivery. This can be found on the checkout page.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Our meals are packaged in plastic trays which are suitable for both the oven and microwave and are fully recyclable. The sleeves are fully recyclable. The ice-packs in the cooler bags are re-usable. The boxes are also fully recyclable.

How much food should I order for each delivery? / How long will the food last?

All of our food is freshly prepared to order with no additives or preservatives to extend shelf life. Our meals have a shelf life of 4-7 days and must be kept refrigerated under 5 degrees Celcius. The meals are NOT suitable for freezing.

Is there a minimum order quantity for delivery?

Collections: There is no minimum order for collection.

Deliveries: We deliver our products in durable insulated bags and boxes to make sure you receive your order in the same condition it leaves our kitchens. For travel safety, delivery orders must contain a minimum of 6 lunches and/or dinners. The minimum order value for delivery is €60.

Can I order for more than one person?

Yes. This is a win-win situation, you save on delivery charges and we save on packaging. Simply order all of the food each individual requires in the one order and it’ll all go out in the same delivery.

Where do we deliver?

We deliver nationwide anywhere on the island of Ireland.

If you need a delivery to the Aran Islands please contact us beforehand so we can confirm the logistics. (It can be done!).

What days do we deliver?

We dispatch orders three days a week: Sunday/Monday and Wednesday/Thursday.

Some areas are serviced same day by our own delivery drivers and some further away areas are next day with DPD. Please see our map for your area and delivery method.

What times do we deliver?

Can you deliver to my home?

Of course, however, it is difficult to give exact times due to traffic and volume of deliveries. You don’t need to be in though; your food will be sent out in an insulated box/cooler bag with ice packs and will keep cool until you get home. Simply let us know of a safe place where the driver can leave your box. Please ensure correct Eircodes have been provided.

Can you deliver to apartments and gated communities?

Yes, we do this for many customers. Either let us know the access code to the main entrance and we’ll leave it outside your door or alternatively you can make arrangements for us to leave it with your concierge.

Can you deliver to my workplace?

Yes, many of our customers find this to be a convenient option. Please ensure your workplace/reception are aware there will be a food delivery arriving. Also, please be mindful we cannot guarantee a time for delivery but will always strive to get to your office before 6pm.
