  • How much food should I order for each delivery? / How long will the food last?


    We deliver three times a week, so one delivery can cover a full or half week.

    Our food has between 4-7 days of shelf life from date of production when refrigerated.

    It is possible to order one week of food in one delivery.

    The majority of our meals can be frozen, with the exception of salads and some breakfasts with fresh fruit e.g. oatmeals

  • Is there a minimum order quantity for delivery?


    Collections: There is no minimum order for collection.

    Deliveries: There is a minimum order value of €50.

    We deliver our products in insulated bags and boxes to make sure you receive your order in the same condition it leaves our kitchens. In order to secure the products within those boxes, delivery orders must contain a minimum of 6 meals.

  • Can I order for more than one person?


    You can order for as many people as you like. There is no limit to the meals you can purchase in one order from our online shop.

    For subscriptions, our FuelWizard Meal Plan Builder can design plans for one or two people at a time.

    You can purchase multiple subscriptions separately, simply change the shipping name for each meal plan.

    If you need the food to go to two separate addresses then you’ll need to place two separate orders.

  • Where do we deliver?


    We deliver nationwide anywhere on the island of Ireland.

    If you need a delivery to the Aran Islands please contact us beforehand so we can confirm the logistics. (It can be done!).

  • What days do we deliver?


    We have two delivery days for different counties each week.

    Please see our Delivery page for information on your delivery zone.

  • What times do we deliver?


    Sunday & Wednesday deliveries – 10am-8pm (can be earlier or later due to traffic/unforeseen delays)

    Monday, Thursday deliveries – 9am-6pm (Please contact us if you have not received a notification regarding your delivery by 2pm).

  • Can you deliver to my home?


    Yes absolutely. We will drop it to your doorstep and you don't even have to be home!

    Your food will be sent out in an insulated box/cooler bag with ice packs and will keep cool until you get home.

    If you have any specific drop off instructions please list these in the notes section on the Checkout page when placing your order e.g. Leave delivery in side passage way.

    We can’t specify exact arrival times due to traffic, the volume of orders and other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Can you deliver to apartments and gated communities?


    Yes, we do this for many customers.

    Either let us know the access code to the main entrance and we’ll leave it outside your door or alternatively you can make arrangements for us to leave it with your concierge.

  • Can you deliver to my workplace?


    Yes, many of our customers find this to be a convenient option. Please ensure there is access to the building on the day of delivery.

  • Do I need to be in to take delivery of my order?


    No. Your food will be sent out in an insulated box/cooler bag with ice packs and will keep cool until you get home.

    Simply let us know in the Comments section on the Checkout page when placing your order of a safe place where the driver can leave your delivery.

    If you live in an apartment block or gated complex, just let us know any access codes to the main entrance and apartment building and we’ll leave it outside your door.

  • Is the packaging recyclable?


    Yes. It is.

    Your meals are packaged in PET1 plastic trays, the lowest carbon footprint packaging for food, which are suitable for both the oven and microwave and are made from recycled material and are 100% fully recyclable. The sleeve is also 100% recyclable.

    If you have received a cooler bag, it and the gel packs within, are reusable.

    We will happily take back the bags full of empty, clean trays for recycling.

    For our DPD deliveries, the outer box is made of Cardboard and is again, fully recyclable.

  • Where can I buy your products?


    Meals are sold exclusively through our website.

    There are two main ways to shop:

    For meals plans and subscriptions, please use our FuelWizard Meal Plan Builder to design your perfect plan.

    For placing single orders and choosing your own meals us our Online Shop.



  • Can I get a discount?


    Yes, all discounts are given when purchasing a subscription. The longer the subscription, the bigger the discount! Enjoy up to 12.5% off each week.

    You can also receive free shipping for all orders over €100.

  • How do I cancel my order?


    You can cancel your order at any time before the cut-off times by getting in contact with us through LiveChat, email or call (01)2938799.

    Friday 10pm for Sunday dispatch, Sunday 10pm for Tuesday dispatch and Tuesday 10pm for Thursday dispatch.

    After which our chefs will have begun preparing your meals and orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Is the food fresh or frozen?


    All food is prepared fresh to order using the best ingredients, cooked by our own Gourmet chefs. Your meals arrive chilled in an insulated box or cooler bag and are freezer friendly with the exception salads and some breakfasts with fresh fruit.

  • Can I choose my own meals?


    Yes, by going through the Fuel Wizard, you will be presented with options based on your dietary preferences. After that, it is easy to switch out dishes for other suitable ones within the day view. If you would like to pick and choose your own dishes, you can do so through our shop. Choose from any combination of breakfasts, lunches, dinners and snacks.

  • Can I freeze my own meals?


    Yes, all meals with the exception of salads and some breakfasts are freezer-friendly.

  • Do you cater for special dietary requirements?


    Yes we can usually accommodate specific requirements. Please note we DO NOT operate an Allergen Free environment so if you have serious food allergies you should not use our meals.

    You can go through the Fuel Wizard and select your preferred way of eating but if you have anything more specific, just give us a call or drop us an email and we can give you further information.

  • Do you offer nutrition consultations?


    Yes, we offer online consultations with of our expert nutritionist for all customers. Simply click on the following link to book your consultation.

  • I am looking for a sport performance based menu, can you cater for this?


    We have developed a full suite of meals perfectly suiting athletes for both pre and post exercise/match. We have worked extensively with a number of different athletes both professional and amateur from various disciplines from pitch based, athletics to combat sports. Please enquire at if you have a query relating to nutrition for athletes.

  • What if I don't like a meal on my meal plan?


    We can't all like everything and don't worry, we won't take offence! It's easy on your account to switch out a meal you don't enjoy. If you'd like some advice as to what would be a good replacement, please call or drop us an email and we'll give you a steer.

  • What Meal Plan is best for me? How does it work?


    Everyone is different. If you are unsure about the right plan for you, contact us and let our team of expert nutritionists design a plan for you. Your success is our success.

    You can also use our online Diet Tool to figure out how many calories your body requires on a daily basis.

    We measure everything, calories, macronutrients and micronutrients. All meals within a category are the same calories. This makes them easy building blocks for any plan to suit any amount of calories.

How to order

  • What are the order cut off times?


    We deliver three times a week.

    We have three cut off points in the week.

    Sunday midnight for Tuesday dispatch, Tuesday midnight for Thursday dispatch and Friday midnight for Sunday dispatch.

    You can select a future dispatch date of up to two months at the checkout page.

  • The Online Shop


    Our Online Shop lists all meals available.

    The categories include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, snacks and sides.

    You can use the filters to identify meals that will suit your preferences.

    Orders through the shop are once-off transactions. You can however convert your order to a subscription on the Cart page.

  • The FuelWizard Meal Plan Builder


    Our Fuel Wizard Meal Plan Builder will create any type of weekly plan to suit your requirements.

    It can offer a variety of different meals each week and the freedom to further tailor your plan as you go.

    Swap, edit, remove, add any meals to any day, any week of your plan at any time.

    You will have total flexibility and control of your plan, you can even pause orders for up to 2 months at a time.

  • Can I order my food for collection?


    Yes, all food can be collected from our headquarters in Stillorgan Business Park, Sandyford.

  • Can I pause my subscription?


    Yes, you can pause your plan at anytime for a period up to 2 months.

    Simply login to your account and pause your Active subscription or call the office on 012938799.

    Please make sure you give us at least 3 working days notice or you may be charged.

  • Can I put my order on a weekly subscription?


    Yes, all products and plans can be put on a weekly subscription by choosing this option at checkout.
