Christmas Chocolate Fudge Cakes

Today, we bring you an easy and delicious Christmas inspired recipe for you and your family.
Ingredients for 10 people:
- 20 chocolate fudge cakes
- 225g of Mascarpone
- 137g of Whipped Cream
- 2 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 100g of icing sugar

How to make it
In a few steps you can make a delicious mascarpone frosting, let's start!
1- Grab a mixing bowl and whisk. Take the cold mascarpone cheese and whisk until smooth. Once smooth, mix in the vanilla extract and the icing sugar until well combined.
2- Once all the ingredients mentioned before are well combined, add the whipped cream slowly on a low speed. Once it has been incorporated properly, increase the speed to a medium for a few minutes until the frosting is light and fluffy.
3- Transfer the frosting to a storage container and keep it in the fridge until it’s going to be used. To keep the frosting smooth and in shape it should be always refrigerated, once the frosting is applied on the cakes, it will hold its shape but it should be stored in the refrigerator.
4- Once the frosting is ready to be used, add it into a piping bag. If you don't have one, you can use a thick plastic bag. Spread the frosting on top of the Chocolate Fudge Cakes.
5- Add any type of berries to taste. Finally, you can decorate the cakes with Christmas decorations and, they are ready to be served.
