Fresh shrimps, diced carrots, sweetcorn, pak choi, peas and basmati rice tossed in sesame oil, soy sauce and an array of fresh spices for layers of flavour. Forget takeout with this homemade Shrimp Fried Rice, you can enjoy fried rice at home without feeling bloated and sluggish the next day.

Shrimp is a great source of lean and high-quality protein. It contains selenium, which is important for heart and immune system health. This seafood is a nutritious alternative to chicken, offering an excellent source of protein and nutrients to keep a healthy and balanced diet.
