How it Works

Fill out the below form and we will verify your eligibility with Irish Life Health. To avoid disappointment/delays please ensure the member with the benefit on their plan fills out the form.
We email your coupon code
You will receive an email with instructions on how to order your hamper. We hope to confirm your eligibility within 2 working days* by emailing you a coupon code which can be used to redeem your Welcome Home Hamper.
*Certain personalised packages will take longer to confirm. If you haven’t received an email within 5 working days, please check your Spam Folder and then contact us on info@gourmetfuel.com

Please note that the coupon is only valid once your baby is born and you have an in force ILH policy with this benefit at the time your baby is born and at the time you receive the hamper. We reserve the right to charge the full price of the hamper if this criteria is not met.
The hamper can be applied for at any time before your baby’s 1st birthday but must be used before the 1st birthday and within 3 months of receiving the code. The code is a one use code and is not transferrable or cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent.

This benefit may only be claimed by one member (either parent) in respect of each birth and must be claimed within 12 months from the date on which your child was born. To be eligible for this benefit, you must be covered under a valid policy at the time your baby is born and at the time you receive the service. Welcome Home Hamper is available on selected plans to new and renewing customers from 12th June 2018.
