You’re going to be busy with your new baby but not too busy to eat well as an Irish Life Health member. Nourishing your body after having a baby is very important. That’s why we’ve designed a Welcome Home Food Hamper for you. The hamper includes 5 healthy dinners, lunches and snacks of your choice and is delivered to your home. You can also have a 30 minute phone consultation with an expert Registered Nutritionist to discuss your nutritional needs post pregnancy.
How it Works
Fill out the below form and we will verify your eligibility with Irish Life Health. To avoid disappointment/delays please ensure the member with the benefit on their plan fills out the form. You will receive an email with instructions on how to order your hamper.

The member with the maternity benefit on their policy MUST apply. Please complete this form so we can check your eligibility for the Welcome Home Hamper.Please note that the coupon is only valid once your baby is born and you have an in force ILH policy with this benefit at the time your baby is born and at the time you receive the hamper. We reserve the right to charge the full price of the hamper if this criteria is not met. The hamper can be applied for at any time before your baby’s 1st birthday but must be used before the 1st birthday and within 3 months of receiving the code. The code is a one use code and is not transferrable or cannot be exchanged for the cash equivalent.

Once your order has been received, our gourmet chefs will start preparing your healthy and delicious meals.

To be eligible for this benefit, you must be covered under a valid policy at the time your baby is born and at the time you receive the service.
