We've marinated our local lamb mince to be mixed with the creamy tzatziki sauce, generously drizzled over the lamb, alongside a vibrant bed of tabbouleh. 

Tabbouleh is a Middle Eastern salad made of bulgur, fresh parsley, aromatic mint and zingy lemon. It's the combination of freshness that blends perfectly with the rich flavors of the lamb and the tzatziki. The lamb mince has been seasoned with aromatic spices, resulting in a tender and flavorful texture. 
To take this dish to the next level, we sprinkle crumbled feta cheese, pomegranate, almonds and fresh parsley on top to enhance the meal and leave you completely satisfied with these vibrant flavors. 

The lamb contains a valuable amount of CLA, a health-supportive fatty acid that helps maintain normal cholesterol levels in the blood. This meal is high in protein and also a source of vitamins B12, K, and niacin.
