This Beef Bolognese is our take on a classic Italian favourite, and this family sized dish is the perfect last minute dinner to feed the troops! Our tomato-based Bolognese sauce is lovingly made from scratch, and cooked slowly by our Chefs. We have also added spinach to this dish for some extra flavour and micronutrition.

At GourmetFuel, we use only the best lean Irish beef which is world-renowned for its quality! Lean beef is a highly nutritious food, and an excellent component of a healthy diet, since it contains all of the vitamins and minerals of high fat beef but with much less saturated fat and research has shown that lowering your intake of saturated fat is an important part of maintaining heart health! We have slow-cooked this dish to get a rich depth of flavour!
