Serves 6

A fresh and zesty rice dish served with roughly chopped coriander, fresh lime juice, and cracked black pepper. With its fresh, bright flavour, this rice goes especially well with Asian and Mexican-inspired dishes. Serve it alongside our Family Range chillis and curries or use it as a base for your burrito bowls!

Basmati Rice is both gluten-free and low in fat. It contains all eight essential amino acids, folic acid, and is very low in sodium with no cholesterol. Basmati has a low to medium glycemic index, meaning that energy is released at a slower, steadier rate leading to a more balanced level of energy.
