This Slow Cooked Beef Chilli contains all 9 essential amino acids needed for the growth and maintenance of our bodies. The iron contained in lean beef is easily absorbed by our bodies, and is an important nutrient for the development and functioning of the red blood cells, and helps to maintain energy levels. Vitamin B12 is also found in lean beef and it is mostly creating red blood cells and also aids in protein metabolism.

Slow-cooked for maximum flavour, this Beef Chilli is the perfect hearty and wholesome dish. Simply add our Fresh Coriander and Lime Rice to create a wholesome Mexican inspired dish.

Ingredients

Plum Tomatoes (40%), 100% Irish Extra Lean Beef Mince (IRE) (32%), Red Kidney Beans (10%), Onions (5%), Sweetcorn (4%), Water (3%), Fresh Garlic (1%), Tomato Puree (1%), Olive Oil (1%), Dried Oregano (1%), Cumin, Coriander Seeds, Paprika, Chilli Powder, Salt, Fresh Coriander, Black Pepper, Brown Sugar

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Remove sleeve. Gently pierce film once. Microwave (900 watts) for 15-20 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 25-30 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
