Now this one is a real Irish dinner! We've paired our slow-cooked 100% Irish ham with buttered savoy cabbage, champ mash and our homemade parsley sauce to bring you a delicious, comforting meal.

This dish is packed with lean protein from the 100% Irish ham. It is also an amazing source of selenium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B6, B12, riboflavin, niacin, and folate

Our champ mash is made using a traditional family recipe. Our potatoes are steam cooked and mashed with spring onion, Dijon mustard and milk for incredible flavour. There is a reason why potatoes are a staple in many people's diets as not only are they tasty but they contain a wealth of health benefits!

Despite its impressive nutrient content, cabbage is often overlooked. It has an impressive nutrient profile and is packed with vitamin K.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a Microwave(800w) for 4-5 minutes or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
