Our Braised Beef, Crispy Potatoes & Pepper Sauce is a delicious, healthy take on steak and chips. We've paired our slow cooked, tender beef brisket with homemade pepper sauce, crispy roast potatoes and a mix of fresh spinach, mushrooms and onions - what's not to love?

The beef is high in protein containing essential amino acids required by the body as well as being high in iron, zinc and B vitamins. Beef is a great source of selenium, a mineral that most of us don't get enough of!

Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron, and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is very difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach!

Our baby potatoes are roasted to perfection with a light seasoning of thyme, rosemary salt, pepper and olive oil.
