If you're a fan of an Irish breakfast then you will love this! We've created our version of a traditional Irish breakfast with pork & apple sausage, our fluffy scrambled egg, a mix of sautéed spinach and mushroom and some roasted cherry tomatoes - what's not to love? 

As well as the pork and apple sausage, our scrambled egg is a high quality source of protein with the egg white being a rich source of selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, iron and copper. The egg yolk is also packed full of nutrients like fat soluble vitamins A, D, E and K and lecithin.

Spinach is well known for its nutritional qualities and it contains significant amounts of Vitamin K, A and folic acid.

This delicious high-protein, low-carb 400kCal breakfast is sure to keep you going until lunch!
