If you're a fan of a traditional roast dinner then you will love our Beef Brisket, Glazed Root Veg & Mash! The slow cooked, tender beef brisket is paired with honey glazed root veg and our signature champ mash. Drizzled with our homemade red onion jus to finish, this dish is a real winner!
Our champ mash is made using a traditional family recipe. Our potatoes are steam cooked and mashed with spring onion, Dijon mustard and milk for incredible flavour. There is a reason why potatoes are a staple in many people's diets as not only are they tasty but they contain a wealth of health benefits!
Carrots and parsnips provide a vibrant and delicious crunch to this meal and they certainly pack a nutrition punch. Most of the nutrition benefits of carrots can be attributed to their beta-carotene and fibre content.
