Our champ mash is made using a traditional family recipe. Our potatoes are steam cooked and mashed with spring onion, Dijon mustard and milk for incredible flavour. Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 4-5 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
