This meal contains a mix of carrots, courgette, mangetout, red peppers and pak choi which ensure you are getting a healthy dose of vitamins A, C and E. Vitamin A is a fat soluble vitamin that is also a powerful antioxidant. Vitamin A plays a critical role in maintaining healthy vision, neurological function, healthy skin and is involved in reducing inflammation through fighting free radical damage. Reheating instructions - Gently pierce film once and microwave (800w) for 8-9 minutes. Ensure thoroughly reheated. Use extreme caution when hot. Only reheat once.
