    This is sooo creamy and tasty - I have no idea how its only 600 calories. Absolutely delicious, will be getting it again this week!

Brown Rice with succulent skinless and boneless chicken thighs, pan seared with crispy Irish bacon, onions and garlic, then simmered in a rich Dijon mustard and cream sauce and finished with wilted fresh baby spinach.

Ingredients

Brown Basmati Rice (51%), Chicken Thighs (25%), Spinach (12%), Single Cream (7%), 100% Irish Bacon Back Rasher (2%), Onions (1%), Dijon Mustard (1%), Olive Oil, Black Pepper, Salt, Fresh Garlic, Water
