These Cheesy Potato Cakes with Spinach and Ham are soft and fluffy on the inside, but golden and crispy from the outside! Flavoured with a good amount of spring onion, red cheddar cheese, and cracked black pepper, these gluten-free potato cakes are the perfect on-the-go breakfast for the busy worker, or are an amazing nutritious snack for the little guys!


Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron, and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is very difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach!

Pork is a great source of lean protein. It is also an amazing source of selenium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B6, B12, riboflavin, niacin, and folate, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal homocysteine metabolism, normal function of the immune system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 15 - 20 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
