    Great travel option

Posted by Comfort Oki on 17th Jan 2020

another awesome travel option. pop it into the microwave for less than 5mins and eat on the go.

These Cheesy Potato Cakes with Spinach and Ham are soft and fluffy on the inside, but golden and crispy from the outside! Flavoured with a good amount of spring onion, red cheddar cheese, and cracked black pepper, these gluten-free potato cakes are the perfect on-the-go breakfast for the busy worker, or are an amazing nutritious snack for the little guys!

Spinach is an excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C, and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron, and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health and it is very difficult to find vegetables richer in vitamin K than spinach!

Pork is a great source of lean protein. It is also an amazing source of selenium, phosphorus, zinc, vitamin B6, B12, riboflavin, niacin, and folate, which contributes to maternal tissue growth during pregnancy and normal homocysteine metabolism, normal function of the immune system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
