Our fresh and aromatic homemade basil pesto really sets this dish apart! The succulent chicken is basted in the pesto coupled with aubergine and courgette and tangy sundried tomatoes on a bed of wholemeal penne. All topped with crunchy pine nuts and a sprinkling of Italian cheese.
