    Beef chilli taco fries

Posted by rebecca bujor on 23rd Jun 2021

My favourite out of all the foods

Our take on a late-night classic... Beef Chilli Taco Fries! Cajun roasted sweet potato, fiery beef chilli, a sprinkle of red cheddar all tied together with our homemade taco sauce. This dish is the perfect meal when you're feeling something comforting without the guilt.

This dish is high in monounsaturated fats, which are important for maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Lean beef mince is a great source of protein, which is crucial for those looking to build muscle or maintain muscle mass.

This dish is also packed with Vitamin C from nutrient-dense vegetables such as roasted sweet potato and plum tomatoes. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal function of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
