    My favourite out of all the foods

Our take on a late-night classic... Beef Chilli Taco Fries! Cajun roasted sweet potato, fiery beef chilli, a sprinkle of red cheddar all tied together with our homemade taco sauce. This dish is the perfect meal when you're feeling something comforting without the guilt.


This dish is high in monounsaturated fats, which are important for maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels. Lean beef mince is a great source of protein, which is crucial for those looking to build muscle or maintain muscle mass.

This dish is also packed with Vitamin C from nutrient-dense vegetables such as roasted sweet potato and plum tomatoes. Vitamin C contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system, the normal function of the immune system, and the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 3-4 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 15 - 20 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
