Say hello to the latest edition to our brekkie range... Protein Pancakes with Maple Syrup & Strawberries. Fluffy American style protein pancakes with fresh strawberries and maple syrup... you couldn't start your day any other way!

Ricotta is made from whey and is already exceptionally high in protein. But could we make it higher? Of course we could! We've thrown in a couple of eggs and our delicious vanilla protein powder in order to hit all of your protein goals.

Eggs are an excellent source of selenium and are a good source of high-quality protein, Vitamin D, Vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Riboflavin (B2). In addition, eggs are rich in the essential amino acid Leucine, which plays a unique role in stimulating muscle protein synthesis.

Fresh strawberries are a common and important fruit in the Mediterranean diet and due to their high content of essential nutrients and beneficial phytochemicals, they are important in human health.
