Now this one is a real Irish dinner! We've paired our slow-cooked 100% Irish ham with buttered savoy cabbage, champ mash and our homemade parsley sauce to bring you a delicious, comforting meal.

This dish is packed with lean protein from the 100% Irish ham. 

Our champ mash is made using a traditional family recipe. Our potatoes are steam cooked and mashed with spring onion, Dijon mustard and milk for incredible flavour. 

Despite its impressive nutrient content, cabbage is often overlooked. It has an impressive nutrient profile and is packed with vitamin K.

Reheating instructions - Gently pierce film once and microwave (800w) for 7-8 minutes. Ensure thoroughly reheated. Use extreme caution when hot. Only reheat once.

Reheating Instructions - Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film, Place in the centre of the oven for 35-40 mins. Ensure thoroughly reheated. Use extreme caution when hot. Only reheat once
