Enjoy a mini version of our aromatic Saag Aloo that is just bursting with flavour. We've mixed potatoes, lentils and spinach together with a whole range of spices such as turmeric, garam masala, fenugreek seeds and chili to create a flavoursome dish with a bit of a kick! This dish is the perfect side dish for curry night!


The potatoes in this dish contain a wealth of health benefits and are rich in potassium along with calcium, iron and Vitamin C. There is a reason why potatoes are a staple in many people's diets! Spinach is a superfood that is loaded with vitamins A, D, E & K and also contains essential minerals; folate, iron and magnesium and phytonutrients.

The lentils add nutty and earthy flavour to this meal and are packed full of nutrition. They have a high fibre content and are high in plant-based protein that will help you maintain a feeling of fullness throughout the day.

Ingredients

Potatoes (45%), Lentils (32%), Baby Spinach (7%), Olive Oil (7%), Onions (6%), Water (2%), Red Chillis (1%), Garam Masala, Fenugreek Seeds, Ground Turmeric, Chilli Powder, Salt

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 2-3 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place in centre of oven for 10-15 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
