Our Sweet Potato Cakes with spinach and almonds are light and fluffy with a crispy golden exterior. We've combined sweet potatoes with good ole Irish spuds to give these cakes a vibrant pop of colour and to add an extra boost of micronutrients.


These cakes are the perfect on-the-go breakfast bite filled with ground almonds for an extra crunch, spinach, fresh tomatoes, coriander and chilli for a bit of a kick.

Storing Instructions

Reheating Instructions

Microwave
Reheating instructions - Gently pierce film once and microwave (800w) for 3-4 minutes. Ensure thoroughly reheated. Use extreme caution when hot. Only reheat once.
Oven
Reheating Instructions - Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film, Place in the centre of the oven for 25-30 mins. Ensure thoroughly reheated. Use extreme caution when hot. Only reheat once
