You just can't beat some hash browns and baked beans. Delicious, homemade baked beans in a rich tomato sauce, paired with two potato hash browns, crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside - the perfect tasty breakfast!

Potatoes are energy and potassium rich and low in fat. They are also a source of fibre, protein and vitamin C.

Cannellini beans are rich in antioxidants that can help reduce cell damage caused by free radicals. They are high in fibre while also containing vitamin C and magnesium, a mineral that helps our muscles to function properly.

Eggs are an excellent source of Choline and Selenium, and a good source of high-quality protein, vitamin D, vitamin B12, Phosphorus and Riboflavin (B2). In addition, eggs are rich in the essential amino acid Leucine , which plays a unique role in stimulating muscle protein synthesis. Egg yolks also contain beta carotene which is a pre-cursor to vitamin A, great for healthy skin, hair and nails and eye health.
