    Light taste but so filling , lovely combination.

Tender chicken breast meat with delicious vegetables such as courgette, sweetcorn, mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers and mangetout for added nutrition and crunch. This fragrant curry gets its delicious flavours from coconut milk, garlic, ginger and red chilli peppers, topped with buttery cashew nuts and served with white and wild rice.


A healthy take on an authentic Asian dish. It is not only tasty but highly nutritious with aromatic flavours and vibrant vegetables, the perfect dish at the end of the day!

Chicken is high in protein and contains all our essential amino acids which are vital for tissue repair, muscle growth and development. It is also very high in selenium a mineral that most of us don't get enough of! Selenium is very important for human health because it helps boost immunity and plays a key role in maintaining a healthy metabolism.

The combination of different vegetables in this Thai Green Curry means that it is packed full of important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. It is high Vitamin C from the broccoli, red peppers and mangetout. Vitamin C helps to support a healthy immune system as well as being a powerful antioxidant.

This dish will provide you will essential minerals like potassium, magnesium, iron and calcium as well as important vitamins like K and A - so there's no need to worry, we always have your health in mind! The high protein and carbohydrate content makes this an excellent meal after a tough workout as well as a healthy option after a long day.

Storing Instructions

Keep refrigerated under 5 degrees Celsius at all times and consume by the date shown. Suitable for freezing before use by date shown. Consume within 3 months from date of freezing.

Cooking Instructions

Microwave
Gently pierce film once. Heat in a microwave (900w) for 4-5 mins or until piping hot. Use extreme caution when hot.
Oven
Remove sleeve. Preheat oven at 150 degrees celsius (Fan Assisted) or Gas Mark 3. Do not pierce film. Place tray on baking tray in centre of oven for 20-25 mins or until piping hot. Use caution when hot.
