Tender chicken breast meat with delicious vegetables such as chunky sweet potato, broccoli, red peppers and mangetout for added nutrition and crunch. This fragrant curry gets its delicious flavours from coconut milk, garlic, ginger and red chilli peppers, topped with buttery cashew nuts and served with white & wild rice.

A healthy take on an authentic Asian dish. It is not only tasty but highly nutritious with aromatic flavours and vibrant vegetables, the perfect dish at the end of the day!

Chicken is high in protein and contains all our essential amino acids which are vital for tissue repair, muscle growth and development. It is also very high in selenium a mineral that most of us don't get enough of!

The combination of different vegetables in this Thai Red Curry means that it is packed full of important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
