Delicious and light, these fish cakes are made with a mixture of salmon, haddock and pollock combined with mashed potato and slices of spring onion and lemon zest. They're served on a bed of crisp and crunchy mangetout and peas, paired with a side of homemade tartare sauce!

Fish cakes may be simple, but they are ever so tasty, and also packed with nutrition! Created with a traditional mix of salmon and white fish, combined with lemon zest and dill, these fish cakes are wholesome and flavourful! Made with locally-sourced fresh fish, coated in panko breadcrumbs to create a crisp, golden exterior and a soft melt-in-the-mouth centre.

We have baked our fish cakes, rather than frying them, meaning that they have a crunchy yet light exterior, and are lower in fat than your regular store-bought fish cakes.
