A solid favourite! Our homemade satay marinade and sauce is a perfect complement to the lean, grilled chicken breast. If you like satay chicken, you'll like this!

Peanut butter adds a nutty flavour to the satay chicken sauce and contains heart health omega-6 fatty acids which can help to reduce cardiovascular disease. Peanuts have high levels of vitamin B3, which is a powerful nutrient that has been shown to help reduce cholesterol levels.

Chicken is a great source of lean, low-fat protein important for muscle growth and development. It is also very rich in selenium, a mineral that most of us don't get enough of. Selenium helps to support a healthy immune system and plays a key role in maintaining a healthy metabolism.
