Our Crispy Sesame Chicken with Basmati Rice is our healthy take on a classic Chinese dish. Packed full of flavour from the sweetness of our Asian inspired sauce, this one is a real treat. What makes this dish stand out is that the meat is lightly breaded in crunchy panko breadcrumbs before having a sweet but sticky Asian inspired sauce poured all over it.

Chicken is an amazing high-biological value protein source, aiding in the repair and maintenance of muscle and bone tissue, as well as helping with satiety levels. It also contains minerals like potassium, calcium, and iron as well as being a good source of B vitamins.

The high carb and protein content in this meal makes it an excellent post-workout meal for recovery and repair. As we know, our body’s preferred source of energy is carbs, so when we workout we deplete those energy stores and have to replace them.
