This rich and creamy Cajun spiced pasta is a real treat. We have added our sliced Cajun chicken to a creamy tomato based sauce with mixed peppers and red onions. Paired with green beans and a sprinkle of Italian cheese for an added dose of nutrition!
The red and yellow peppers in this dish provide a sweet flavour, a crunch and a little pop of colour as well as being packed full of essential vitamins and minerals. The sweetness from the peppers works perfectly in contrast with the Cajun spiced tender grilled chicken.
