This Mini Beef Bolognese is our take on a classic Italian favourite, and this snack sized-pot is perfect for those on the go! Our tomato-based bolognese sauce is lovingly made from scratch, and cooked slowly by our Chefs to get rich depth of flavour. We have also added carrot and spinach to this dish for some extra flavour and micronutrition.

We use only the best lean Irish beef which is world-renowned for it's quality. Lean beef is a highly nutritious food, and an excellent component of a healthy diet, since it contains all of the vitamins and minerals of high fat beef but with much less saturated fat. Research has shown that lowering your intake of saturated fat is an important part of maintaining heart health.

Beef is also a great source of high-biological value protein, and contains all 9 essential amino acids needed for the growth and maintenance of our bodies. It is particularly important in muscle repair and synthesis - critical for those who exercise a lot or whose goal is to maintain muscle while losing fat.

The iron contained in lean beef is easily absorbed by our bodies, and is an important nutrient for development and functioning of the red blood cells, helping to maintain energy levels.
